My new collar arrived much earlier than I expected on Monday morning considering I only ordered it late Thursday. Thank you for the exceptional service and so well packaged. I am absolutely thrilled with the craftsmanship and the quality of the leather. In the past I ordered one in Italian leather that was mint green (which was so much more expensive than your collars) and it only lasted under a month, as it stretched and the colour faded and eventually broke. Tess looks really good in her new collar and is complemented by her brass tag. My only regret is I should have come to you first. Thanks for the fantastic service and outstanding craftsmanship.

I just wanted to say Thank you very much for the great job you've done with the collar, and for doing it & sending it so quickly!
It's a vast improvement on the other one in every way - it looks absolutely great on my dog too.
